Ban Appeal Waldo

I was just kicked and temp banned ( I assume.) For flying a helo low NEAR enemy infantry. It was on Yamalia. The enemy occupied the flag which was an island of trees in a field. Our guys were moving up to the flag in the open. Since there was no vehicle threat in the area after dropping troops and a crate on the friendlies moving up I started flying circles around the flag knowing that the enemy would just stare at me and shoot at me with small arms therefore disrtracting the enemy. I pretended to land in a couple of areas opposite of our friendlies so they would run over there, and I flew very low over the heads of some enemies. This is when MyLamber started getting upset about someone trying to roadkill (which I did not do, if you look I killed no enemies that whole round.) and I was kicked before I could even get a word in. I would like the ban to be lifted, please and thank you.

Hey Waldo, you rolled into the wall as you tried to road kill me in the chopper. I was the guy who shot the LAT at you right as you were 5 feet away and kept coming straight at me. It doesn't really matter that you didn't succeed in road killing anyone, you tried and failed. You might have gotten away with it if nobody saw you, but I guess you got unlucky.

Map was Yamalia around 11:40PM EST. South end of Papa 5, H13k5/8. The little bunker wall facing south.
