I pulled the pin on a grenade and tried to cycle to main rifle to put grenade back in inventory but instead grenade launched I thought you could put it away like in other games im sorry plz unban i have read the manuel and learned my lesson

So is this permanent? it was literally one grenade that killed one person ive seen and reported players for planning on teamkilling entire squads and nothing happens
