Ban without reason

The admins broken rules and they dose what the want 
...
i did apc squad and there 2 steal 1 apc i repot them but the admin didnt say anything to them 
they join my squad but i kicked them cus i was waiting my friends and then the admin kicked me from server cus i locked the apc squad 
..
and when i rejoin the server was other map and there somebody his Name Aloen he locked inf sqaud with 6 people! i repot him like 100 time and no one answer my repot but when i wrote ya cus Aleon is ur friend u dont kick him the Rules is start just when smoothcrew playing ! that is Rules broken 
and then Aleon open his squad and join 2 guys in his squad and the admins Ban me !

I want just to know how u choose ur admins ! If the admins Like that then GG HOG 
..
I playing in Server since 5 years ago and this year the server is really shit and that why got alwys DDOS from russian people cus the admins Racist and if u not amircan u cant broken the rules and u have  to do what they want and when ur not amircan the wating u to do small fals to ban u
