I killed a guy afk and totally oblivious that there was a tank behind him i tried to tell him but he didnt respond looked like he was a no mic or didnt speak english or something, so i had to kill him to get on the tow or else we would of all died(i hit the tank)

I don't doubt your reasoning and explanation.
I've played you with before, and you're a good player.
But unfortunately the guy was not afk, and he was actually in my squad playing normally without complaint from me or any other squad member.
He and another squad member witnessed the tk and reported and I temp banned you.
It's a temp ban, so it should be fine in a bit.
