Well, it is not necessary for them to undo the ban, apparently they put a 10-hour or 1-day ban on me because today 4/27/2021, I could enter the server, if you want here is my name and my nickname of the game, name: ComanderCR and the prefix profile name is:

Yeah, just checked your ban.
It was a 4-hour temp ban.
Since you're new, please make sure to check out the game manual (www.realitymod.com/manual/) and our server rules (hogclangaming.com/index.php/rules/project-reality-rules)
In your case, it looks like you should have followed rule 3.3 (All heavy assets are squad-specific. The first correctly named squad gets the asset.)
"Heavy assets" include trans helicopter.
You need to be in the trans squad to use the trans helicopter.
If you're new to flying, I suggest you practice in a co-op server or a training server (such as "VETERANS-GAMING COOP"), before flying in deployment servers like HOG.
People can take flying and using tanks/APCs pretty seriously, so if you make a mistake and waste it, it can make them pretty mad (as well as being against the HOG server rule 3.10).
If you have questions about server rules, how to play the game, etc., you can make a post on "How Can We Help You" or ask a question in #pr-generals channel of the HOG discord (discord.com/invite/NmahDwT), and someone will help you.

Like I explained, that wasn't racist. This shabbzy guy over-reacted - I can understand a 24 hour kick from the server. That's what I figured happened when I got booted to the main menu and saw the kick message pop-up window. But a perma-ban on something completely non-threatening and not even technically racist? Nothing to do with rage filled shit-talking or insidious cheating/hacking? That's way too shabbzy, my friend.

I'm a simple guest admin. I see the word and i ban. Zero tolerance. It's a standard one month ban, and i believe someone linked you the post explaining the reasoning. I'll leave it to the seniors to decide if they want to lift it early.
