Banned for teamkill. Explanation in topic text.

First of all, hello for all reading this topic,
I got banned about 15minutes ago on PR server for teamkilling a other squad member at cache.

Here is explanation why and I would like to get feedback on it. There was guy setting taliban ide's and mines around entrances to our cache position around. He killed at least about 10 teammates (other squads but talibans) from start and oponnets where not even close. When mine exploded and killed me and 2 other guys , I was pissed. After medic at cache got me up I directly confronted that guy on local chat. I told him to stop placing mines on every damn exit so people dont get killed (He averaged 2people per minut killed - ofc us). Others people involved in conversation too and told him exact same thing! Yet after that he told me that I am retard and continued doing same thing. That trow me off and I teamkilled him. I dont know what problems that guy has in his head but he was experienced enought to apply against me to admins right away. They didnt even check the reason or anything! That was ridiculous ban! 
Feel free to contact me about other information that preceeded this situation. I would like to get that guy on report also. Couldn't find his name on server right now,probably because he left but I will recognize his username when I see it,and supply it to you!

It was a temp ban (3 hours). It's not against the rules for him placing IEDs around the cache if he does it without the intent to troll or cause an issue to his own team. IEDs get marked on the map and people were told several times to check the map for friendly IEDs. You can't take things into your own hands and tk someone just because other people aren't watching where they are walking. It happens, and it's going to continue to happen, especially with a lot of new players recently. If you feel he is causing an issue, then you need to report it to admins using the "!r" function. I was watching everything that was going on when that happened. He also said you apparently said something racist to him, but I don't have any evidence of it so I didn't do anything about it. Just in case you did, I want to mention that racism is a MANDATORY one month ban, for future reference.

Thanks for a quick reply Justice! Here is my answer on some things that you pointed out in your response.

Placing IEDs and mines around cache and close to it is logical without doubt and doing so, ofc is not against the rules. You can classify it as people aren't watching where they are walking and that's probably true but you have to communicate with others about those decision, placing position etc. If several teammates ask you to leave one entrance safe (without IEDs) so we can exit on that one (because spawning there and holding 20x20m area is not productive, you gonna get overrun eventually). Only thing that I pointed out to him is to stop placing IEDs on that one entrance so we could get some forward positions and return fire. Only response that I got from that guy - was, and I am gonna quote it - "Shut up retard". That was moment when I fired first bullet and hit him in the leg.

Regarding second accuse of racist comment or racism in general in that situation - that was probably incorrectly interpreted. While I was dead waiting for medic to come, I told my friend about what happened (who was nearby) on local chat in my domestic language. I suppose that was interpreted from that guy as racist comment. Also I would like to point out that reporting someone for racist comments should be taken seriously and also in same time people should be punished for false accuses on that term.
