I proceeded to crash a helicopter that I didn't knew the control of.[BAN APPEAL]

Basically, I joined the transport unit, took the pilot kit, I was ready to do the stuff I always do but there was only one helicopter, with controls I didn't knew, I proceeded to chat a little with my teammates and tried to take it off but crashed as I pressed W.
I panicked and quit the game.
I'm sorry for having used the helicopter and crashed it and I'd like to to be unbanned because I didn't knew it would go on like this, I will try to not use this helicopter anymore and stick to the stuff I know, I'm sorry and I hope you may unban me.
Also, I'm sorry for my teammates who needed to wait for a new helicopter, I did a large mistake and I hope it won't happen again.
