Ban appeal

I got banned for playing "isis music" (the song that used to be car bomb music in the map we were playing and lost to insurgents, which is why I thought it was fitting) over mumble. I didn't know playing music was forbidden since I had heard that before and thought it's ok.

Hi .playing today the ramiel map arf vs us until i started getting shot at by friendly fire which resulted in me bleeding out. I did say cease fire sometime.I reported a guy figured it was him who kept shooting since he who got the kill (friendly kill) i reported him saying he kept shooting even after i said cease fire. And i got banned with a message stating it was fake report. A PERM BAN...i did nothing wrong to deserve a perm ban. Maybe a kick or temp ban but a perm ban is just unbelievable. Can i get unbaned so i can go back to enjoying the game maybe plz?
