ban appeal

Hello, my nickname is TarasBulba and i was perma banned by admins(don't remember who was that) one month and four days ago. I think i was banned for my toxicity and bad behavior towards others. I want apologize to the players who had problems with me caused by my toxicity. My apologies isn't good argument to unban me. But i promise you, if you unban me and will have troubles with me again, please, give me perma ban at the first conflict caused by me. 
Past conflicts happened because I couldn't find a mutual language with others players and it's made me angry. I have come to terms with the fact that everyone have different opinion, and again promise you, that I won't problematic. 

And i want to add something. I think, that such bad behavior due to the fact, that I had game-friend Hasbik - one of the most toxic players in PR. I've often heard from him as he's told me good things about this or that player. And after the quarell with this or that player he always started throw mud at this people. Again, i say sorry to yall. Thank you for your attention, ofc if you read this.

can head admin answer pls? I admit that i was an asshole, but it was in the past. I have outgrown this and just want to play with out conflicts that happened before my ban.

1 month and 3 weeks after my perma left. Can I get unban please or I still need to wait this one week?
