Unjustified Ban - Risiko94

I got banned 10 minutes prior to making this post. Map was Burning Sands.

While trying to shoot the enemy chinook with the tow, i hit either the wall infront of me or a teammate, who jumped into my line of fire. The resulting explosion killed 3 of my teammates. Immediately i got removed from the server, the ban message read "tk on purpose".

I don't know who banned me, but he is lying. The teamkill was not on purpose and there is no reason to believe it was. When the incident happend, i had no prior warnings or teamkills during the entire match. Earlier in the round, a player called Rutek teamkilled 3 of my squadmates with no apologies given. He didn't get banned. He didn't get kicked. He didn't get warned.

Instead of releasing his finger when he realizes the guy is blocking his view to chinook, he shoots into a back of a player causing splash damage. Was handling another clusterfuck at the same time. 

Im uploading couple of screenshots showing the situation that the guy was quite for a while on his way before he launched TOW. It takes quite some time to launch it so i expected foolish teamkill on purpose giving TB.
