2nd picture show me miss the car 1st time into 10 seconds
3rd picture shows me miss again into 16ish seconds
 the car blows up into 24 ish seconds but he doesn't show that
The 4th picture of me missing the car again but hiting a destroyed car 
So according to MR/Mrs delete himself " People who have played the game for long enough know that it takes approximately 10 seconds for the car to blow up after it ignites into fire after taking damage. so car takes about 10 seconds to blow up "so it means i havent hit the car for about 19 seconds

For how long does it take for a insurgent civilian car to blow up once hit twice by apc and igniting it into fire?

Its 10 - 20 seconds depending on amount of damage. That splash damage within DOD destroys that vehicle

Its very sassy of you to call me "Mrs Delete" but ill explain further if it helps. You should stop taunting me, its very lame and makes your responses in general look bad.

After vehicle has taken enough damage to set it on fire, it will take approximately 10 seconds for the burn to blow the vehicle up unless the vehicle keeps taking damage for example shot by rifle, terrain damage or splash damage. 

This is very much the case, splash damage on a vehicle already inside DOD. 

The pictures you uploaded show it excellently how the splash damage keep damaging the car driving into DOD. Thank you!
