Wrongful ban

I've been wrongfully banned for asset wasting.

Several players, among was a "Cpt.Fries" player reported in chat for asset wasting. These reports came right after my failed attempt to deliver our troops with the first spawned heli.
Not long before, that player insulted me for freely and with no reason for which I instantly TKed. Based on his continued negative behavior I've reported him.
If your admin asked before deciding to proceed with banning, he'd discover that the intention was to deliver troops to the nearest capturable flag ASAP, which failed due to unexpected numbers of opposing force present there. Upon learning about the current situation and right after taking heavy fire, I've proceeded to safely land the troops, which unfortunately failed.

3.11 Don’t fly helicopters upside down. Don’t waste assets, they cost tickets to your team and someone else might use them for something better. Crashing helicopters/jets because you lack the proper experience to handle them can be considered asset wasting.

The heli was destroyed due to the opposing team's ability to coordinate a surprisingly massive attack on a flag closer to our base.

First you wasted a full trans chopper with 15+ inside. Loads of reports kicked in and i ignored them giving you benefit of doubt. But you then proceeded to teamkill people in main and then i issued a tempban.

Tempban ends in 3hrs.

The reason for the ban was specified as asset wasting. You're saying that this ban is also for teamkilling several players in main?

Since this is causing a lot of confusion let me make the sequence of events clearer for everyone:
1. Game starts, I create transport squad and wait for heli spawn.
2. Random player without any provocation insults me.
3. I fast react to TK
4. The random player re-spawns and continues to exhibit toxic behavior.
5. I report him
6. Minutes pass and the helicopter spawns
7. Helicopter is getting filled
8. None of the players make destination requests. Other than the random player shouting idiotic instructions on dropping some crate.
9. I see a flag that is much closer to our base as a good opportunity to land a fast attack.
10. I reach the destination and soon find out it is filled with opposing troops. I then proceed to safely land the helicopter in cover nearby
11. Despite landing the helicopter it is destroyed before disembarkment

Please explain how is this ban still a valid decision on your part?
