Got perma banned for shooting back at someone at main after they shot me

got banned by justice total admin abuse, before this i had gotten tked in my apc by a frienlldy lat and reported it nothing happned so i reported again to no avail until justice said that he would check the tracker later, anyway i was shot at by a guy in main and killed him so i wouldnt die, then justice perma banned me saying that he fixed the problem i was having with the tk. 

No no no...Let's step back a little and start at the beginning.

Nobody was on to see your reports on the APC being tked with LAT. Even though it says an admin is on, it doesn't necessarily mean we're watching every second of every game. We have lives and have other things to do. When I got back and saw your reports, I told you I would check the tracker and take the appropriate actions. The guy had already left anyway. Then you started complaining as if we were purposely ignoring your reports. You !report giving us suggestions that we should shut down the server if no admins are on. I think we know how to handle the server. Have you forgotten how long HOG has been around? Don't !report telling us what we should do.

Don't think I've forgotten that you got unbanned after a month not too long ago. You don't have a clean slate here and we don't forget. Everything adds up. If you were being shot at in main, why didn't you report him? Why did you take matters into your own hands? The rules specifically tell you not to do that.

The problem I fixed was your major inconvenience of playing with no admins on. Now you no longer have that issue seeing as how you caused yourself to get banned once again.

Why should we give you another chance? After that one month ban we figured you'd learn.

so pretty much i got perma banned for 3 days cuz i killed a dude that was actively killing me in main, idk that seems off, and the other time i got banned for actually no reason at all i was in the passenger seat and witek was lazy and didnt want to check who was gunning or driving.

"Please report disruptive players to an ADMIN, DO NOT TAKE MATTERS IN TO YOUR OWN HANDS. Let the admin deal with the player that is what we are here for."

You were in main. What's a teamkill going to do to your score? It doesn't even count as a death. Had he teamkilled you and you had reported it, he would be here and you'd be in game playing. Regardless, I already warned him and he will be taking your place soon if it continues.
