I kind got banned on my first time playing the game on multiplayer

i joined the server, i was confused on what was going on, after like 15 minutes i killed a dude that was on my team by accident he looked like an enemy, he started insulting me a lot and i was confused about what he was saying i tried to apologize but he didnt want to shut up, i said the n word (without the hard R) and i was banned forever, i wanted another chance because i didnt really rude the rules its my 100% my fault and i own up to it but i didnt read anything i joined the server left to get a quick snack and came back to play for a bit, i apologize once again and i would like another chance please, thank you

oh shit i forgot to say my name in game is "BigBalls2021" i know its dumb but i think this is important, also i dont think ill be able to respond to this quickly ill be gone in the next 3 days, and i made some spelling mistakes my bad, anyways ill see this in like 3 days or something, thank you!
