Cheburshka-'s ban appeal.

Greetings fellow admins and whoever reads this thread,

Few days ago I was banned from your server, for lack of competence and 'being a complete retard' as of Haley (sorry if that's not how you write your name). The reason behind the ban, was the fact that I was being accused of intentional team-killing, when on the insurgency map, playing as the U.S. forces, I fired an LAW towards a friendly asset (FOB). I was on a small rooftop of a stone building, when I saw smoke coming from behind a tree in the distance, to which I reacted firing a LAW thinking it was a vehicle. Of course it was my mistake, but in no way I did anything intentional to annoy anyone in the server, as I am against poor behavior also.

Point is;
I simply want to know the date of the un-ban or the duration if possible, In-game name's "Cheburshka-"

I would like to add that I had kicked this guy about a week or so ago for saying Ni**er. I didn't make it a ban at the time since I wasn't sure of the context(maybe a response to someone else saying it?). However, while he was still able to talk after getting the kick, he went all out and said something along the lines of "I don't give a f*ck, f*ck you Ni**ers". No question there. Didn't remember the exact name until I saw this appeal.
