Hi.
Just got banned, probably terma ban.Was running with rifleman kit when squad leader disconnected and few squad members also until i was set to squad leader.Didn't even have time to get to friendly fob or supplies till ban sword cut me off.Didn't even have time to respond in warnings because there was no warnings.Really making this whole Project Reality go down to dirt with this kinda attitude and these way too tight rules.Could admins please even ask before banning players the real reason for wrong kit?

You where running a free kit sqd. No medics, no cohesion, no teamwork. Its you responsibility as SL. I dont care that you dont have sl kit, but when I warned you the first thing you did was to leave and join the sqd. So you actually got 2 warnings, because the rules are your first warning.
And this pisses me off. Take reponsibility. If you dont want to lead, Then disband the sqd instead of just continuing running such a sqd. If you just leave and join, the next one does the same, and the next one, and the next one. Round and round we go.

And there was this polish guy our squad leader for maybe 15 mins with no mic,no communication and just randomly running around the map with LAT kits etc..I was sq leader for what 3-5 mins and in that time i reported at least 2 other squads for enemy FOB location, gave that location for mortar squad etc, tried to move next flag in order but that's not enough for responsibility? And also i was the second guy in our squad of using mic to give intel about enemy movements.Maybe you didnt see but there was other fella with me earlier who got shot out before you banned me moving on that side of the river.Ok i did wrong to leave squad and hope someone would start giving orders more or take the lead.
Btw how long did you give me time to respond on that warning before banning?

If your in a sqd, where Sl has no mic, not leading, why are YOU IN IT THEN?? Why didnt you report him and join a proper sqd. By doing nothing, just like leaving SL position of a free kit sqd, YOU ARE PART OF THE PROBLEM. This is common sense.
And you did respond to the warning, you responded by leaving as you said yourself. And dont you think I observe a bit more than 3-5 minutes before issuing warnings? I know sqds can be spread out. But when you do that for quite some time, no medics, everyone is running in a different direction, and the first thing you do when told NOT to have a free kit sqd, is to leave, thats a dead giveaway.
