Hello,
Today, around 1:40 CET, i've been banned by R1ghty for supposedly saying "heil hitler" at beginning of WW2 map round.
Sure thing, i was cracking up jokes of "are we bad or good guys?" on chat, as it happaned plenty of times already on WW2 maps in PRBF.

Well, some dude said "heil hitler" which was commented by about 6+ different people on voice chat (in the same time, so how could it be ME, without even checking people and comparing their voices to voice of the guy that yelled?)
When i joined my squad, R1ghty joined in and said "Im going to ban you for 3 hours, we dont want racism here, usually we ban people for 30 days for that". Without even talking to me, hearing my voice or explaining the situation to me.

Thats cool.
If i was the person who said that. 
I commented the "Heil hitler" shout by saying "Ooof, banned".

It's not even about 3 hour ban, but the rules - im not a nazi supporter and i dont want to be marked as one in ban history (if something like that exists here).
 I dont know, if he had "itchy power abuse finger", but im sure he has no evidence of me saying that, and i may a target of social profiling, because of my PL suffix - i know, theres plenty of edgy polish players, and sometimes i like dark jokes as well, but its not my political camp, to agree with the previously quoted statement...

Banning someone for "racism" while choosing the victim from 6+ men group by being racist hypocrite that believes in racial/national stereotypes...
Followed by no evidence nor any sort of investigation...
Isn't that just sad?
Is that how you want to fight with racism? By being racist yourself?

So it gets more interesting.
If I remember correctly, I wrote on all-chat ONCE in the 10-15 minute span.
R1ghty has joined the Squad, got kicked from it by SL, and rejoined again, to tell me on Squad Radio, that i said "heil hitler" and the server doesnt tolerate racism, and that im lucky i will recieve 3 hour ban instead of 30 days.
How is it relevant to the following reason?

I really hope I had recorded this, as all I can rely upon are my fine squadmates, whose names unfortunately I dont remember. (havent really had a chance to remember, as I was banned literally 2 minutes after the game has started...)
If theres any of you guys on this forum, please, be the witness.

Should One message on all chat be considered a chat-spam? Or R1ghty thinks that Wehrmacht was only filled with cold-blood nazis, that shouldn't be addresed as "good guys"?

As I said before, I THINK I wrote only once on all-chat, but it was kinda late (1:39 in the morning). So if theres any nice admin with a free time, that could check the logs between 1:20 - 1:39 of 18th november 2021, I would appreciate it.
Because it could be a case of racist behaviour, and Im quite concerned nobody here would want to be a victim of racism, especially from one of the mods/admins.

To those wondering, why I want to know more about "chat-spamming".
If I really used chat once, and I'm 99% sure I did, it will only highlight the unjustified ban, and possible racist roots in this case.

The above is true.
I was feeling nice, and for whatever reason decided that you'd learn better from an explanation and a temp ban than you would from a 30day ban. This was wrong of me, as it goes against the consistency HOG strives for from it's admins.

Nothing you just said makes any sense whatsoever.
1. You just agreed with me, that you banned me for allegedly saying "Heil Hitler".
2. As you did, you wrote on console that the reason for ban is "Chat spamming" - yet there's no evidence given, proving that i "spammed the chat".
3. "Explanation" are you serious? You just joined squad and banned the wrong dude. You didn't even put enough effort, to hear my voice and compare it to the dude yelling.

And for the future - "temp ban" and "30 day ban" are the same thing - they are temporary.
Not very cool my dude.
