BAN APPEAL

I legit thought it was someone else and I found it funny cause it sounded like a kid telling his father he got bullied during kindergarten or something and as for the chat I don't usually check it cause I am new at the game and I am so confused by everything I can't pay attention to it, also having no chat history( at least I don't know if there's a chat history) is not helping me either, I didn't know anyone was asking me something the whole time tbh and I didn't think me making that joke after asking him multiple times to speak english(because me and the other guys can't understand anything)is wrong, he even laughed at it and told me to fuck myself which I did not mind

Are you not admitting that you said that to him by your "I think that's fair" response?

I told him what I wrote in my post, he probably wrote that because it happens often to him considering what kind of language he was speaking

and tbh he kinda acted like a monkey when he was spamming " shut up fuck yourself" after I told him to speak english not retard speak

oh yeah I told him "that is fair" because I think its fair he would have gotten called a monkey by someone but I did not call him a monkey when I chatted to him, I think I worded this clearly now

All right, well let me be clear with you, I think you're full of it. I'm almost certain you knew damn well he was talking about YOU specifically saying that to him. And you also knew it was you because I asked YOU about it. But, I will give you the ounce of benefit of the doubt that I have and let me remind you that racism is strictly prohibited and will get you a one-month mandatory ban. If your name comes across on any future report for anything remotely similar then I'm not going to hesitate to give you that one-month ban.

Head admin can lift this ban.

Edit -  And if head admin reads the contents of this appeal and decides to override my decision I'm also ok with that.
