Perma Banned for no reason

On the 15th December,6:40 pm GMT (give or take), during the Briefing stage of a match between the British and the Chinese, someone said: "I love the sound of the animals in this map" (refering to the ambient noise of the map itself), to wich someone else replied: "It´s the Chinese". After this, since I was on the british team, I decided to make the 'They´re in the trees' joke, with a british accent saying: "Oh bugger. They're in the trees."
I was then perma-banned without previous warning for "Calling the Chinese animals". At no point did I do such thing nor was that my intention. I do hope that this missunderstanding can be resolved rather quickly.
I await a response at your earliest convenience.

Its a habit I have to look at mumble until creating squads is enabled to see who will be the edgiest guy in the beginning of the round.

There is always someone, who feels like they have something to offer.

Calling Chinese as subspecies / animals is racist.

Was listening at mumble and nicknames the voice matches and I saw Pvt_John popping up with comments -> ban. 

 

So is there no way for me to get unbaned? Even though I never said Chinese people were animals, nor was that my intention?

I am replying to this post, now one month later, to get my ban lifted.
