On January 16, 2022 (01/16/22) I got kicked and temp banned for 3 hours without warning for no specific reason. I was mining the roads to kill apc and tanks, all of a sudden an APC drove into my mine and died. I then typed in all chat "what happened apc? why did you step on my mine" as a joke to the apc squad on the other team to tease them, part of my plan to distract the whole enemy team and make them paranoid about mines that could be anywhere. Out of nowhere, I got kicked by I believe admin Daffugi instantly after sending my message in all chat. I have committed a lot of accidental tk's by either mines, guns, rpg's, grenades, or assets only to get warned. What enrages me the most is when I joined back in the server to ask the admin what violation I committed, I asked "!r admin why I get kicked without warning?" and boom, temporary ban for 3 hours. I had been having a great time and performing good, helping the team win until I got kicked and banned for no reason. The kick and ban I recieved is "BS", of all the stupid stuff like crashing assets, lagging, accidental teamkills and so on, I get banned on asking for what the reason of my kick was. If no action is gonna be taken after I file this appeal, I'd rather prefer not playing when Daffugi is online. Getting kicked is fine for me, but why ban me when I ask the reason why I got kicked with no warning?

You seem to have used global chat that round to talk about random stuff. Looks like spam to me.
Please refer to the first paragraph of the rules: hogclangaming.com/index.php/rules/project-reality-rules We expect everyone who plays on HOG servers to understand the rules and because of this, we do NOT issue warnings when rules are broken.
A kick is your warning, as a) you may join back into the server and b) you see the reason after you get kicked now.
I am going to ignore and not enquire about what speaking sausage means, but best keep that to yourself and out of allchat.

Ok, I get it now that I can't do jokes on all chat or discuss hearts of iron in game and others can, that's what I understand it for. I killed an apc and said "gg?/surrender already you jerry sauerkrauts" then some dude was asking if anyone was getting low fps on so I replied "i have 2060 and i have 15fps in the bushes", and went on to kill a Puma on "puma what happened why you step on my mine"

hahaha yeah they're useless my dude. youll never get your account back. im telling you that now. they dont even know why they banned me but they wont get rid of it becasue i didnt suck they balls
