Got banned instead of the abuser

We were in full Tank sqd (4 tanks) - MEC team
Sixboy has created the sqd then he disconnected before the tanks spwan
2 tanks went North and got hammered by Enemy CAS who were driven by the new sqd leader and his friend while my tank (I was gunning with someone else I don't know) and the last tank went south to protect the last flag
Then the sqd leader (Pablack7) has given his friend the leadership to another person (based zYSON) who was cursing us on Mumble cause we didn't group with him north (despite the sqd leader didn't ask us to do so) and then kicked us from the sqd while we were in ACTION near south bunker, then they took our tank (solo 1 man by Pablack7 to base)
When I tried to report to in game admins they banned me for 3 hours and kicked my friend (Golden-Pilot) while he was flying the CAS
So please be fair and do something.
I know it is a free game (so thanks for keeping it up) but I believe in justice and freedom to speak my rights!
And these kind of actions are killing the spirit of the game which built on TEAMWORK.

I was on the other team, so didn't know what was happening other than what was being reported. I'm sure its annoying that you got temp banned, but you were warned to stop sending reports etc.

In future, once an admin in-game says stop, please stop. Instead, come here and make a post like you have (prior to getting banned in game for chat etc). It is much easier for us to get the full picture then.

Unfortunately what they did isn't expressly against the rules based on the info we had at the time. Zyson reported that you were kicked for 'wasting assets', and that you'd died in your tank.

Technically, the squad leader can kick anyone for any reason at any time.

I've looked at the tracker now, and if I knew they were lying they probably would have been temp banned for false reports.

But they are allowed to kick you.

I strongly agree that it's a huge dickhead move to do it to someone who 1) hasn't wasted their asset 2) was literally still alive using the asset they've had since it spawned 3) has been in the squad from start of game and waited for the entire time prior to the asset spawning

It's especially lame when they kick you after they lose their own tank by driving to north side of the map with no intel, AA or air cover vs 4 enemy tanks and 2 enemy cobras. Zyson and Pablack immediately lost the tank they kicked you out of anyway.

But they didn't do anything that's against the rules, other than being assholes, and we didn't know they were being assholes at the time unfortunately. I'd be pissed if I got kicked from a squad like that too, but sometimes we can't do a lot during the game and need to wait until afterwards.

So in future make your report in game, and if you aren't happy with the outcome don't continue spamming or reporting about it, just come and make a post here about it.
