2nd time ever on PR, banned for name.

I was banned for my racist name in the server. The name was Goo**. I saw the message for me to change my name, but it is only my 2nd time ever playing PR. I've never played BF2. I clearly asked 3 times "How do I change my name?" I see how my name was wrong, and I should've changed it. I didn't know how to and I asked a lot. However I was simply banned. After being banned, I have a different name now (norf). I didn't mean gook as a racist term. I am actually Korean and that's what I identify with as my name in some other games.
