Nifty's Ban appeal.

I'd like to publicly state my apologies to all the players that i insulted wrongfully which led to my full permaban for the reason that i plead for the admins to revoke this ban.

I know i can be annoying a bunch of times and sometimes toxic, but even if it was in my whole wrong doing, i cannot bear to play in the other servers which are filled with truly disrespectful people that are banned from the server of this forum either for cheating or asshating.

Please accept my apologies and if possible to uplift my ban, i really feel sorry for such behavior.

I don't even know where to start with you. You had calmed down for a while and now you're worse than before. I could pull up your history but I don't even think there's any use. You've had chance after chance after chance and now we're here. Like 15 minutes before the ban I warned you and made it very clear that the next was going to be a ban and you didn't care. You're extremely toxic towards other players. You have even been banned from discord. Last time I temp banned you and Souki for harassing SHARPS and instigating him even rounds after he had no longer said anything to you guys anymore. You not liking the other servers is not our problem, you should have thought about that if you liked playing on HOG. It's ironic that you complain about other disrespectful players in the other servers when yours fits right in with them. Maybe that's where your behavior will be tolerated, but not on HOG.

Recommend at least a month ban. If behavior doesn't change after that then I recommend a permanent ban with no chance to appeal on the next issue.

Anyway as i was saying, what i wanted to add is that my behavior is typically tolerated in most squads i've gone into, people who get insulted in the server of HOG insult back and certainly they mock anybody who does stupid shit like stealing trans or in quoting what Justice said about the problem with SHARPS, by the stealing of assets while somebody was using it.

I find this ban unreasonable, ''toxicity'' which in this case its just insulting back to whoever is insulting you, is not a bannable offense in HOG, what is bannable is a behavior that resides within the territory of racist offences by what i've seen there and many in the server can agree.

And if you consider that breaking the rules (which everyone breaks in that server to a point) which are ''1.8 Respect all players and play as a team.'' or ''1.3 No extreme language (vulgar) keep in mind kids play this game as well as adults.''

Then you would have to ban quite alot of people, even good players who keep your server populated.
