Ban report - 5/17 11:23 pm CAS trolling

Context - I joined Cheeri0 in CAS squad. He seemed a bit trolly; but I overlooked it. We both flew together, I was shot down then he was. I got into the jet he gave me on the second life; started to take off. Made it half way down the runway, then he kicked me saying it was his now regardless. So I decided to leave it there and let him walk to get it. How is getting out of the asset and leaving it CAS trolling. If I was trolling, I would drop both my bombs and blow up the asset. I got out and left it.

Now saying " I flew it to the other side so he has to walk"  was not what I meant. I was taking off then he kicked me to take the jet that I pervious took. Which in the asset community is considered a dick thing to do; that's how you alienate other players. Even so reporting someone midflight as they are taking off after you kicked them.  If I was going to act, I would of actually trolled and blew the asset (Which I have seen many people do). For the record, the last time I was banned was many months ago maybe even years ago. I like to maintain good relationships with the admins. I am vocal and clear about what I do, why I do it, and how I do it. So I understand the rules and can follow them accordingly. To say I was trolling is a clear misunderstanding of the situation, rather I was not doing him a favor and taxing the jet after kicking me out of the squad mid-take off. If he was in such dire need to take off.... why didn't he get into a helicopter to him flown to the other side of base.

I was playing Outpost ins, and I was perma banned for "harassing another player and forcing TK's in order to steal and take an asset."

I did not do this. I will swear my innocence because I didn't do anything to sapper, the guy who was the target for the "harassment".

I will admit that my squad members were the people who were harassing him, and I apologise that I didn't stop them.

 Our plan in the round was to get support technicals so we could used IED's with it. The mortar squad was also using the support technicals so we helped in giving ammo to them.

even though I had the support technicals that I needed, some of my squadmates went on their own volition and started harassing sapper because he had a support techi.

They trapped him in main, shot him, and ended up flipping his support technical.

I do not know who banned me.

I was permanently banned for mic spamming an "ISIS song" over mumble. I know that mic spamming is not allowed and I do sincerely apologize for that. The song that I played was not a ISIS song, it was a Nasheed. Nasheeds are Islamic songs and are not linked to ISIS, an example being the Zastava van song. I do very much apologize and I hope to have another chance. I have made many friends on HOG and would love to expand the PR and HOG community.


As well, if you look at today's reports on kozelsk I reported him numerous times for stealing assets (while not in the asset squad without permission). Also on ghost, he trolled in my infantry squad and I kicked. He then made another squad to continue annoying me. 
I just don't understand how someone can troll constantly all day.. with report after report..... and I get banned for not taxiing a jet. Especially with "you need a break" after the ban. I help players, I run assets and infantry squads. A consistent player who follows the rules and reports and reports and reports no mics using logis for trans, trolling players who kill me and stealing trucks, and everything else. The one time I get pissed off and "retaliate" (I understand what I said could be misunderstood) by not taxiing it back. Christ, if you look at the recorder the jet is shown in the middle of the runway not the end. If I was really was trying to troll you would see it at the end of the runway.  All I did was get in(he didn't say anything to me about taking not it), started to take off, got out, and got banned.  

Also, if you think I am a troll or a rule breaker. Last time I was banned was 3 years and 3 months ago. I try painfully to not retaliate against people and it infuriates me to let things go just so I dont get perm banned.

Just before this happened, you teamkilled him in the bunker. How did this happen? It's better to be straightforward because I can easily review the Battle Recorder.

I saw what was going on at main and asked "What is CAS squad doing?" and Cheeri0 immediately tells me not to worry about it.

It appears that you continued to taxi the jet farther down even after you were no longer in the squad. You then say "he kicked me for my jet, so I put it at the end of the runway so he has to walk". It's all in the logs.

We had just had a long talk on discord and you appeared to be reasonable. It's really more disappointing than anything. I think you need a little break and rethink things with getting involved with troll players and asshatting. If you don't enjoy playing in other servers then you should probably make some changes to the way you handle yourself in HOG. I will review Cheerio's actions and if it's found that he was trolling as well then he will be dealt with also.

I feel a two week break should be enough. Reply in two weeks and you can get your ban lifted.

We were boxing in the hanger. That has all been a tradition were sometimes cas pilots box because we are bored waited for assets. In all my 5-6 years of playing we do that and sometimes we use that to decide who takes what. Its a rite.

I was slowing down from the take off to see if he was going to unlock. I was pretty dumbfounded that he kicked me. Out of all the players I have played with I have never seen that besides I couple like duster420 or the "gay cunts" of free candy van. I thought he was joking so I thought he would let me back so I could continue taking off. When I realized he was serious I typed that. Then instantly after typing that I had another realization that I was going to get banned if I did that so I stopped and hoped out. If you look at the recorder you will see I stopped it in the middle of the runway and not the end because of that realization.

If you want my opinion. I didn't troll at all. I asked him if I could take it and he said nothing. So as before I got in and took off. When he kicked me and as soon as I saw he was serious, I got out. Then I called the copter over to get me who was gaddif... I even asked him to go pick up Cheeri0; even with trolls, I like to maintain good relations with people (you would know because of our discord conversation).

On a secondary note, being involved with assets is being involved with trolls. I usually have a very good response to them and that is kicking them out of my squad and/or warning them that behavior is not tolerated. Sadly, he got it first so I had to play "around him" per say. Now you might say you are troll too. As are earlier conversations show, I troll SOMETIMES and not with gameplay but with words (the people who I play with find it funny as do I).

Now to you personally......I did a respectful thing; changed my behavior according to new admins and precedents. I have limited my all chatting and I limited my response to some folks. Yet... as stated before.... I get hit with a the book " a two week ban " for what seems like following the rules and acting rationally.
