Banned for honest mistake and something i didnt do

I was playing a few minutes ago and im quite a noob. i saw a burning helli and out of panic i popped one shot at it, then realizing it was a teammates heli i immidatley said sorry in which one guy asked for my name and next minute ik im banned for that and for running over people with a truck, which i know for a fact i did not commit at all. The ban is only 3 hrs tho,still annoying concidering i was enjoying the game and it really was an honest mistake. the heli didnt even get blown up  player id= Toxic_dreads.
