Ban Appeal ( Banned for Teamkill, did not spawn)

Hello! We have played many times on =HOG= Mixed Maps (PR) many times. I was logging into the game at 7:00pm on Sunday (4-3-16) and I did not play yet and once i got into the game/map i pick a riflemen kit and all sqs were full so I got and try to make my own sq and I get kicked for team kill??? How can I team kill if I didn't even spawn yet?? so now I am banned... so I log into server and pick a kit and get banned for a team kill that I did not do, because I did not spawn yet??

So what do I do??

I have temporarily banned you because you constantly kept spamming squad voip and team voip. You were asked by other squad mates to stop which you ignored, then I asked you to stop not once, not twice, not three times I fucking asked you five times to stop but you would not listen and kept making weird noises. If you repeat that kind of action again I'll make sure it will stay Permanent ban
