Banned on biased reasons.

So at 2:45 Central Time on October 23rd, I was banned unfairly. Let me explain why.

I was playing on the server and had just spawned in at a FOB. As soon I had spawned I saw a person on top of a hill that overlooked the FOB. I checked my map and saw it wasn't a friendly. I proceeded to open fire on the target when a HOG member walked over and began to give me lip for firing at the enemy, which he did not see, most likely cause I was firing next to the FOB. I told him that I had seen a contact on the hill but he refused to listen, I insisted him to believe me but told me 'It's stuck up my ass'. Which I'm not quite sure what he meant. I proceeded to give him lip back because I wasn't going to sit there and be harassed by a member of the community. After I had begun to defend myself he quickly went quiet for the reason he was typing. Seconds later I was banned, I didn't catch his name.

Edit: According to the PR rules I didn't break any of them since I was disrespected first.

I am the banning admin and yes I ran back to the hind out to ask wtf you were shooting at not because of some ego tripe but because I had just spawned in myself..I did find it every amusing how right after I confronted you about it you immediately stop firing at the "guy on top of the hill" and walked away. Just like how you completely forgot to mention your attitude toward me for asking what you were firing at. What was that you said...? Because It surely wasn't as cleanly stated as you so put it above. This wasn't the first time I've seen you come with that contemptuous attitude at a mere question. So either adjust the attitude or you will remain on my watch list..

Are you insinuating I was shooting 'just for fun' near the FOB? I obviously walked away because you were being no help and I wanted to get him since he was on the other side of the hill by then.
