Ban appeal

Hello, I'm a daily player of your server and got permanently banned because I said the Russian word for book (книга {kniga}), just for fun. I forgot that this meant a very bad word in English and now I regret  my actions. I promise that this will be my last time, and if I do it a second time I won't complain again, with the knowledge that I have made a mistake. I would greatly appreciate if I get unbanned. 30 day ban from appeal anything resembling racism is still a 30 day ban.
