you destroyed your team's helicopter at the base - why did you do this?
if you do something like that again, you will be banned for much longer - several months probably
this ban was for 7 days, and will expire on it's own shortly
and as you discovered, you cannot escape the ban, stop changing IP address and hash, it doesn't work. keep that in mind for the future.
