HOG server About the admin kicked me out of the game

I already responded to the other post but I will again here.

The server requires you to use teamwork, and does not allow the free kit squads.

If the entire squad you are in is not using teamwork it will be resigned or kicked.

If your squad leader allows individuals to go off on separate missions, such as laying the mines, that is allowed.

The language barrier is unfortunate, but this game is based on communication. You are already given some leeway because we understand that not everyone understands english well.

I really don't want to offend two admins in the game, please forgive me
