Perma Ban Appeal

Dear HOG Team Member, 
Ive been playing PR for more than a year now and had lots of fun and didnt break any rules in this time period.
Until now the server has beed down bc some Developer fucked up a lil and the damage didnt work. Everyone Shot in main but no one got TK bc the server was fucked by Devs. i Threw a grenade in the air and in that second the spawn protection got turned off by the dev i guess (or some timer) and i Teamkilled some ppl with that nade. Ofc that sucks so i completly understand the warning. The game continued to a round of Muttrah and i got in the Trans to fly some teammates. I sit in the heli and wait for everyone to get in and the engine to start and have my hands off the keyboard and some other member of the trans squad just dies. i guess he either sneaked under the heli, bugged to death or got kicked out the heli and into the water bc he had a pilot kit. idk what happened but i didnt move the heli at all and i certainly did not roadkill him or anything and i got instantly perma banned.
