Ban Appeal mistakenly banned

Hey there I was just playing on the map and got banned for "TK for Kit" the situation was like this, I was bleeding out just healed then moved to someone who I didn't know was my teammate, I opened the map and zoomed in to see if it was my teammate and I could not see friendly ICON on map so I killed that guy and I said sorry to him and he said no problem it's okay, I even have video. next time just figure out the situation then ban me, it's not cool to act like this even if the player reported me after saying it was okay, I took his kit because enemy APC was close to us so I wanted to kill it.
