mistake banned?

Hello i got banned again for waste assets. I was taking the squad to "tere'a" in china map and my squad lead told me to go back i ask why and he just said go back (his mic was so bad i couldn't hear him well) then we got shot by a missle.

(Didnt crash i got killed by a missle i dont understand why you banning people for dying to missels?)
