Why did I get banned?

If this is some dirty trick by Cody, ha ha ha. I saw no warning, no reason, no idea why I was banned today. I saw 2-3 people switch teams, and I wanted to play with Dutchcourage and Cody. Next thing I know I am kicked and banned.
I mean, at least tell me what I do when you kick me. Please.
