When it comes to Bulls' stuff, yeah, I killed the guy on the crane, but was I supposed to know there was I guy there? Iirc, after I shot him once with AA he started to insult me and then I finished him off, then he kills me on the AA, and it's over. He killed me like 15 minutes later probably because I was following him and asking him for a patch. I killed Bulls accidentally, though I can admit that I was shooting in his general direction in order to piss him off.

Locking incident on the other hand was pure ignorance, I had no idea that the rules said you aren't supposed to lock a CAS squad when there's under 6 people in.
