- IMPORTANT: Include your PR Account ID (Open PR Launcher > Support > Account) and in-game name.
Your appeal will be DELAYED if you do not include your PR Account ID.

i dont know if or what i did if im banned, but i cant connect to the server and it just says client refused connection? please help
