Ban Appeal

I downloaded PR for the first time in over a year today and noticed i still have a perm ban apparently, ive been playing on HOG for roughly 10 years now and i remember getting banned for TK'ing someone which was not okay on my part, i was in an argument with them and it was a very empty server, so because of that i thought it was funny to shoot them, and they came back, said theyre friend was an admin, so because he was being rude and now going and tattling, i did it once again, mind you, i shouldnt of in the first place and for that i am sorry. Honestly this is the one and only issue ive had in my entire 10 years of using these servers, ive made friends with lots of people including hog staff over the years and at this point i just miss my friends, is there a possibility of overturning this ban? its definitely been over a year.
