Ban Appeal Muttra was created by Bedbug
Account name Bedbug97, The reason I was banned was due to me ambushing a logi at a repair bay on muttra city. The docks was the last flag on cap so I move into position to cap it. Along the way I heard a logi moving to the repair station so I took it out. I had no understanding that WAS a rule in the server. Upon further inspection on the server rule list I still can't seem to find that as a rule. The ban was 3 hours so not a big deal but still would like to get this corrected if possible.

You weren't the only one banned in that incident. I checked tracker and you may not have gotten my announcement in-game when you logged on, to which I said to MEC that they are not allowed to shoot or kill anything at repair bay/depot.
Please take a look at the rules again because under Section 4: STAGING AREAS/DOD, you can see Restriction 1 which states,
Everyone is PROHIBITED from attacking enemy staging-areas. A staging-area is on solid ground (e.g. ship carrier is solid ground) and includes repair depot, helipads, runways, command-post, vehicle spawnpoints, or indestructible spawnpoints. A map can have multiple staging areas. On many maps (not all), this area can be surrounded by and within walls. Should you cause damage or shoot into this area, you will be subject to admin action.
Even if docks was last flag at the time nearing your removal, you were not in cap and neither was a significant portion of your team. If MEC had all flags capped, then I might've let you and the others go with a 30-minute ban or so.
The ban is justified and will stand.

Okay, well that's oddly specific then in reference to the rules, especially if I didn't even see your warning to the team because I had literally gotten on 5 minutes ago and at the time and MEC DID have all the flags besides docks. I find a Ban to be a little extreme in this case especially if I wasn't trying to be malicious and it wont be happening again

I was being very courteous by providing a general warning to the team. I did not need to post a warning to MEC in the first place. On this server it is expected for you to have read the rules before playing on the server.
Docks flag was not capped by MEC. Perhaps you should have been in cap instead of at repair bay. Again, I say if your team had all the flags capped and you along with the other violators in this incident had decided to only then engage repair bay, I would have been a lot more lenient with the duration of the bans.
I treated this incident the same way other admins would a ground-to-air DOD kill and staging area kill. This was after I had made the announcement to MEC. I did not know if you or others had logged on after the announcement, so I had just banned anyone around the repair bay who had killed any USMC. This served as another warning to the server that the rules are strictly enforced.
I am sorry you feel the ban was "a little extreme". Fortunately it seems to have gotten a good result with you agreeing to not do it again. As well as preventing at least a few others from doing this again.
