is it possible ?

i was in  Al besrah map 
and evox join  my squad in the second i went to be commander so i just leave 
i came back when the tank respawn i did re join my squad that evox get the lead 
i try to get to the tank with same guy i was with first 
the evox friend was in the tank gunner and we wait in the base for 15 min after the tank respawn 
1--he was speaking spanish 
2--evox was speaking spanish to when we try both to talk to his friend to get out from the tank 
3--no respond  from the admins to me 
4--after 15 to 20 min evox respawn and kick me and the guy was with me and take the tank with his friend  when the game end 
so The questions are
1*Is this fair ?
2*is it possible to remove bad admin
3*how can they talk spanish in heavy assest 
4*why when i report the admins talk to him not to the guy who report 
5*thank u evox for was tank
