Got ban for team killing with out my control

hello i am Abdou23 in the game 
i just reinstall the game bc i was having the loop update error 
the musa qlal map i was in..... i got taki from base and going south in the main road and i got my first tk bc of stupid people jumping on me when i am passing them that was the first one (i said sry and i stopped tell in him to watch the way )
the second tk it was bc i got info of enemy trans heli going  north close to cash so i did go north 
in the same road i got first tk and guess what .... same squad jumping on the road to stop the moving cars asking for license and if u dont stop u gone get to kill one of them like bruh !?
why u guys dont ban the people who are messing and joking around and ban me for tk 2 people with out my control and i did say sorry in the chat
