Hello
Yesterday I got banned for teamkills in main. I admit, that I killed a bunch of people with single grenade, but I didn't mean to do it as a harm to the team. Match was ending already, I thought that it wouldn't really kill that many people. I know that I bended the string with this one, so I am not trying to defend my self on it really. Can I ask for lifting that permanent ban though? When I got ban message without ban's expiration date I thought of 24hrs. I generally play by the rules and find being permanently blocked rather harsh. Would be glad for reviewing the case again.

Because I'm seeing a pattern developing here, and we don't allow players to rack up K/TB for the same shit over and over again.
Acknowledge that you'll stop teamkilling and follow the rules, and the ban will be lifted.
