ban appeal

Hello, 
I would like to dispute the claim made by our fellow player Mr. Pyth0n, in which he claims that I was "trolling" him and resulted in him getting banned. 

I asked FuriousNap: "who will take the last CAS Hornet Jet?" and he said "you two can fist fight each other" so I proceeded to punch Mr. Pyth0n consiously in the face which resulted in his unfortunate death. He then respawned and stole my very fairly won Jet and tried to take off despite FuriousNap telling him that he lost the Jet. 

He then went full speed on the runway which was unclear for takeoff and killed me, and himself as well. Which resulted in the lose of 2 american lives and 1 jet that costs $ 29 - 57 million U.S dollar tax payer money. 

There was no trolling involed (from my side at least)

Also Mr. Nick:)name has nothing to do with this incident, he was just standing nearby. 

I would like to get unbanned please.
