10.12.2022 at 01:46 my friend (Lkg25) and I were playing on the server. We were riding the BRDM, when suddenly SIGMA Bordy started insulting us. A few seconds later he rode up to us, heavily insulting us by saying "Пошел нахуй, русский пидорас!" ("Fuck you, you Russian faggot!") Then I saw a warning in the chat about how I appeared to have stolen an asset. I don't know why the BRDM was suddenly considered an APC, because it's essentially an armored car. The rules say: APC's include Shturm, Spandrel, WZ550, IFV, Fenneck and Scorpion/Scimitar. Not a word about the BRDM. I was pretty sure it didn't count as APC.
After that, Bordy started shooting at our BRDM. Afraid he would kill us, my gunner had to return fire and kill the attacker. After that we were both given a permanent ban.
I apologize if I offended anyone by taking the BRDM without knowing it was an APC, but I'm sure that's no reason to give us a permanent ban, especially since Bordy insulted us a lot and attacked us.

(1) SIGMA Bordy should not have been chasing after you and shooting at you to force you to return the BRDM, per the preamble section of the Rules ("Please report disruptive players to an ADMIN, DO NOT TAKE MATTERS IN TO YOUR OWN HANDS").
He will face the appropriate consequences.
(2) Rule 3.6 states: "APC's include Shturm, Spandrel, WZ550, IFV, Fenneck and Scorpion/Scimitar. All APC's that require 2 crewman to operate are considered apart of the APC squad. Vehicles that take 1 crewman are not claimable".
Rule 3.6 says APCs includes Shutrm, Spandrel, etc.
"Includes" means that is not a complete list of all vehicles considered APCs.
That is merely an illustrative list to give players an idea of what is considered APC.
Rule 3.6 also says "All APC's that require 2 crewman to operate are considered apart of the APC squad".
Most BRDMs require two people with crewmen kit (driver/gunner) to operate.
Most BRDMs are therefore APC.
(3) Most importantly, you received a warning from an in-game admin, which was printed in yellow letters in the bottom center of your screen ("You have been warned by the server administration....")
When an admin tells you to return a vehicle to the correct squad, you follow what the admin tells you.
You failed to do so, and you teamkilled a friendly in the process (even if what you did may be considered self-defense).
Make sure you understand what I said above before you join the game.
I see that you already have several temp bans for asset steal.
If you continue, you may be permanently banned.
Ban lifted.
