21 days and no response

i was banned 21 days ago for allegedly using the n- word, i can assure you i absolutely did not, it was duiring the beginning count down before you spawn, just before time to create a squad and everyone was talking, i heard the n word and not 10 seconds later i was kicked and banned. i posted an appeal immediately and have yet to get a response, please unban me.
