That player will be banned.
One thing though: Please do not go in and out of DOD when doing bombing runs.
You shouldn't exploit the DOD as a safe area to retreat back to after bombing a target.
This makes it very difficult for enemies to counter you without breaking the rules.
However, what that player did was clear main camping, so he'll be punished.
