Ban appeal

Hi, I was just playing on the server in the AaS game of the Goose Green map, the player called swat made a false report saying that I killed him and stole his kit, what actually happened was that the swat player intentionally killed me to me and he had made me lose the sniper kit (which is an important kit and you can't get many), so I decided to kill him and try to recover the kit which I did, as he saw that he had the sniper kit that he had managed to recover (he and I had the same kit) he thought he had stolen his. I would like to report it for false report since the player knew that we both had the same kit, he intentionally killed me and when I killed him he made the false report, I was temporarily banned for 3 hours and he calmly continued playing knowing that he made a false report .
