banned for non-intentional TK

After we dug our first fob at hospital on Sbeneh, it got deleted without any warning. I didn't even see who was commander, but my SL had. There had been no communication on the part of the person/squad deleting the fob we were building. We thought maybe it was a bug! We tried one more time. And it got deleted. Again. By another person from the same squad, apparently axeofgod. This is the point where my SL found out our logy got stolen by a mortar sq south of us (now the whole picture started to make sense, finally). After my SL went there and recovered the logy and was shot  (but not tkd) by the said axeofgod I went there to ask what was going on. I didn't mean any harm, esp. since I played with axe before and this wasn't really like him.
So, I went there on a trans truck asking what the hell was going on, had a lot of witnesses sitting in the truck, too. Nobody was responding, so after 10s or so that I had spent at the fob asking, I intended to leave the fob and go about my squad business, but since there were a lot of friendlies around the truck, I moved it only very slightly so as not to injure anyone. One of such moments where I slightly pushed W, I instantly saw that I tkd a guy named... Axeofgod. From my drivers seat and trying to get the truck outta there, I had absolutely no way of knowing that
a) somebody was right under the hood of the truck
b) that that somebody I didn't even know about happened to be axeofgod
because, like I said, nobody answered to my questions in local, and with so many friendlies around it's hard to tell anyway. So I had no idea somebody was right next to the hood of the truck, and probably even underneath (to top it off). At any rate, this is definitely not how one could realistically TK a person intentionally!
Moreover, I have a strong suspicion axeofgod intentionally hid under the hood of the trans truck that was obviously to move forward at some point, so as to provoke an incident as a pretext for a report to make up for the loss of logy and having his sq member kicked for deleting our first fob.

I do see however that admins couldn't see that as they could only see mutual reports and weren't on the spot.


 

Hello laufi, i was the admin who banned u,i was next to you when this happend and u pressed twice w bcs first u pushed him and then u killed him with the second press of w
He was in front of the truck not under the hood
The players in the truck c didn t see any of the action maybe just the one next to you

It was one gentle tap on my end, at least that's my memory of it.

If you were there, then you must have seen that it was a very slight W tap
Also, why do you think he "happened" to be right in front of the hood of the truck that was obviously about to move soon?

This also means you have no reason to think that was an intentional TK. First, there wasn't a personal argument, since he didn't answer at all, and second I couldn't have possibly pulled it off like that even if I'd wanted (which I didn't, because I don't do intentional TKs)

Another question is, why did you tolerate his sabotaging our team, deleting newly built fobs without any warning, and then proceeding to shoot my SL when he came to retrieve the logy? Why did you let it all slide until that guy fabricated a nice pretext to accuse me of an intentional TK? 
upd: kinda makes sense if you were in the same squad, but that's sad
