1. Good afternoon. While playing on your server, I had a verbal conflict with an Asian player because of a logistics machine, and in a fit of aggression, I insulted him, through which I received a ban.
2. I apologize to the player I verbally abused. I also read the rules of your server and I admit that I violated them. This won't happen again.
