Explanation:

Thank you for taking your time to read my appeal.

The basic situation was I was shot and killed, and I glanced up at the chat and read something along the lines of "imagine if a monkey was typing" from some player. I didn't know the context of the chat, but I thought it was funny imagining an actual monkey typing on a keyboard. I replied "then I would believe in god" and "oh wait, we're all monkeys".  I was making a satirical joke implying that we (humans) aren't much different from monkeys (especially when it comes to typing away at a keyboard).

A moment passed and then I was booted from the server and received the ban notice for racism.

I believe the admin may have thought that I was using the word monkey as a derogatory racist insinuation, and given that there are many things said on the server that border along the line of racist comments, I can understand why they decided to take action. However, I was not making a racist comment, and I hope that that may be considered given the context I provided. Also, I don't make those kind of comments about people. 

I hope that this clears up the situation from my end, and I hope that my ban appeal may be considered and, even more hopefully, resolved.
