Banned for 'spamming in chat' BUT it is wrong.

2. Reason of topic: Banned for 'spamming in chat' 24h because i was trying to explain why previously admin's kick was wrong.
3. Comment: It was the start of the game in Silent Eagle map, i was trans pilot, i've driven a bunch of people at North Village, hitting some trash on road (trash on the road in the village, like mail box it was or smth like that) by flying too fast and landed hard driving the land (all blueberries got out alive and well inside the village), then i got up and flyed to main base in burning helicopter, i almost did it BUT the thing is that i was playing Silent Eagle for firsts time for Germany side of TRANS! I don't even remember when i was flying for German at Silent Eagle, because it was always Russian (north team) for me at this map. So i flyed to main base with about 10 seconds before heli-explosion left and i was looking for helipads! But it's not that easy to TURN your helicopter when its almost about to BOOM, because it's getting hard to rotate. And of course i did not find it and got exploded (because i did not know helipads were northern behind the trees! (i did not mind about that at the start and again it was first time for me).

So i got kicked for 'practice before flying' or something like that. I've joined again, created a TRANS and said in '!r' why i crushed. Admin with nickname Jokerzzz (or something like that) answered about this 'crushing in main base you obviously can't fly' and 'the flying is done for you'. Resigned the squad. I said ONE 'WHY?' and maybe SECOND question about why i am getting kicked for litteraly nothing (i am not even sure if i used the chat twice except !r). So i got BANNED for 2 messages in all chat because explaining admin was wrong in kicking me.

I add that from the main base at about half the distance of North VIllage i was specially flying like drunk, when you fly not straight, but flying with SIDE, like in the left or right side of helicopter, while your nose is 45 degress from vector of flying. It was just fun! I did not crush in trees, or by the land. Just  for fun. Then after half the distance i flyed normal. By the way this German is really faster then Russian MI helis.

Why were you so eager to open this discussion in allchat, when you dont seem to question your punishment but on the contrary you gave a good explanation and description of a situation where lack of experience as helicopter pilot in that map was not enough to remember where the landing pads are located.

The fact that your helicopter was already very close to destruction reduced your ability to begin your journey of familiarizing yourself with the landing zone on that map increased the risk of flying in the first place in that map - which in short was exactly what Jokerz asked you to do before playing on live server.

Even furthermore, rule "Crashing helicopters/jets because you lack the proper experience to handle them can be considered asset wasting." includes experience to know where landing pads are located, which unquestionably essential for helicopter pilots.

You had received kick for this. Not a harsh penalty, nor did it cause team lose any assets but you were personally given the penalty.

This matter has been closed.

Then to to the ban which you were given. Server rule very states very clearly "Do not argue with admins on an issue, take it to the forums. Rules are not many, and we expect anyone who plays on HOG servers to read and understand them.

Regardless of was the situation unclear why you had received the initial kick, in future you open a report either in the Discord or here in Forums.

You should wait until the timeban automatically lifts.
